Introducing Aboubacar Dicko

  • Post category:The Alliance

Aboubacar Dicko is a young STEM and Education enthusiast from Mali who grew up in a French education system for 12 years. A few years ago, he traveled to Washington, DC, for the first global robotics competition to fulfill his passion for science and new technology. Aboubacar went to the African Leadership Academy, where he discovered his talents and became a critical thinker.

As a true Africanist, he feels like he was born to continue Thomas Sankara’s struggle and contribute to Africa’s growth through his leadership skills. He is also a young Entrepreneur who is investing in Africa through the Wake Up Program in Mali. The Wake Up Program or the awakening program has the vision to awaken African youth for a common and definitive Pan-Africanist revolution that will mark our time. I am currently majoring in electrical engineering at Michigan State University.
