He is currently studying at Morehouse College on an Oprah Winfrey Scholarship and as an honor Thurman honor student.
Asse Emmanuelle Brou is our Training, Research, and Innovation Director. She is an equity advocate, passionate about human rights, and also spends time learning about politics. Emmanuelle develops, organizes, and oversees the Alliance’s innovative and educative programs tailored for our vibrant community.
As PAYE’s Director of International Cooperation & Partnerships, Bénédicte Beugré opens the line of communication between international clients, entrepreneurs, and strategic partners to get projects done. In the future, Bénédicte plans to pursue a career as a diplomatic service officer.
Our Training, Research & Innovation Vice-Director, Ritkinen Shedrach Dandak, is currently pursuing a degree in International Business and Trade (IBT). He has won a social impact prize from The Neo Child Initiative and Leap Africa and has shown a great passion for finance and education.
Our Marketing and Communications Manager, Divine Nzosaba is passionate about education, entrepreneurship, and marketing. She graduated from the African Leadership Academy in 2021 where she worked as a marketing intern and later as the CEO Office Intern.
PAYE’S Vice-Director of International Cooperation & Partnerships, Mamadou Diallo, is passionate about leveraging business and politics to achieve large-scale economic development. Mamadou has done some remarkable work engaging Artificial Intelligence and mobile app development in business.
Marketing & Communications Manager of PAYE, Sifa Muderhwa is an art and politics enthusiast pursuing a major in International Studies at DePaul University. She was one of the youngest Congolese speakers on TEDxboulevardTriomphal where she denounce mediatic misrepresentation and its impact on the continent.
